I’m not being compensated to write this–I have to state that because you might wonder based on what I’m about to say.

If you are going to Disney World, Disneyland or on a Disney Cruise do yourself a huge favor and use Ears of Experience by Team Sebby. I did not understand what a Disney planner did prior to this trip–and you may not either so let me explain:

1. THEY ARE FREE! I did not pay a penny for their concierge services.

2. They helped find the best rate on Disney properties when we booked 8 months in advance AND watched for applicable discounts for months after (and ultimately saved us several hundred dollars off our original booking)

3. They were the ones up at 5 am booking our dining reservations 6 months in advance.

4. They gave us invaluable advice on booking FastPasses and navigating the parks.

5. I’m a control freak, and I was able to use their services, take their recommendations, and reap benefits while still feeling “in control” of the planning experience #IHaveIssues

6. Perhaps most unexpected was their concierge service while we were actually on our trip. I was able to text Jennifer Sebby with any questions or concerns, and she got back to me immediately. When you’re trying to keep track of 7 people in a park, not having to work your way through a phone tree or search for information on a website is such a huge bonus. They took care of everything our first day when Disney’s systems crashed and we couldn’t figure out what room we were in or if our luggage had arrived. They made sure the pack and play and microwave we requested were delivered to our room while we were out enjoying Magic Kingdom.

Their sheer knowledge of all things Disney is VAST, and they were able to advise me on whether to take a boat or bus or monorail.

Our last night at Magic Kingdom coincided with the premiere of a brand new fireworks show, and the park was at capacity. They advised us of this ahead of time, gave us advice on our best bet for seats, and passed along insider information about the park opening up passageways typically reserved for cast members to get people out of the park more quickly following the show.. Brian thought I was crazy when I steered us against the crowd and seemingly in the wrong direction, but he was thrilled moments later when we bypassed the entire crowd on main street and made it on the first boat back to our resort.
